My work is guided by client-centered and interpersonal perspectives. Clients often describe me as genuine and empathic, and I believe that trust and the therapeutic relationship are the foundation for meaningful change.
I see each client as the expert of their own experience and pay close attention to the ways that context can shape well-being and presenting concerns.
With specialized training in CBT, EMDR, Sankofa Oriented Practice, and Interpersonal Process Therapy, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches. Every treatment plan is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring therapy is both effective and personally meaningful.
